My first Next Level Mastery Retreat in beautiful Mallorca came to an end this week focusing on what is important for us going forward - our biggest goals and challenges - and how to lead better by being more connected with ourselves and others. Key questions were:

· Who is your best self? What is fulfilling for you?
· Where do you want to be a year from now?
· What do you want to let go of that is not serving you anymore?
· How to manage your energy well and be more regenerative?
· Can you take 100% responsibility for the reality you are creating?
· Do you want to be curious, or do you want to be right?

As one of the participants said: „a huge boost of energy, a lot of asking the
right questions, guidance, self-reflecting and insights from the group sharing.“ Also, „the people and unbeatable mix of coaching and movement - feeling what is going on in my head“. “5 days felt like 14 days where you have the time and beautiful surrounding to let your mind ponder, exchange with others and be inspired, with great food, sun and everything the soul craves for.” “Surprised about being able to open up and connect so quickly with the group.”

Her focus going away from the retreat: „More love and less fear/limiting beliefs on
a personal level. And daring to do more of what I love to do and be 100% of the

This group format to me confirmed once again how empowering it is when we come
together in person, in nature, are curious and take time for our personal growth. My purpose is to help people truly connect with themselves and others and build more regenerative business (and society). To more transformative collaboration!
