But what actually works? What truly transforms people, cultures, and systems - not just for the next quarter, but for the long haul?
I meet leaders where they are. Sometimes at the edge of reinvention. Sometimes in the heart of scale. Sometimes in the quiet space in between - where something old is falling away, and something new is beginning.
This work is not performative. It is not trendy. It is the work behind the work - where real change lives.
My approach is both deeply human and rigorously informed. Rooted in lived experience and continuous practice, I draw from: Neuroscience · High Performance · Integral and Systemic Coaching · Regenerative Leadership · Vertical Development · Theory U · Positive Psychology · Living Systems Thinking · Conscious Leadership (informed by Transactional Analysis).
I have trained across Germany, the UK, and the US under pioneers like Carol Sanford, Gunther Schmidt, Brendon Burchard and Giles Hutchins - and I remain in continuous supervision and practice to refine this work as the world evolves.
My style is warm, intuitive, and direct. I offer space for clarity to emerge - and I challenge you at the edge where your next level begins.
The Art of Self, and the power of us
Alongside my individual work, I am initiating a living, breathing ecosystem: The Art of Self - a global network of heart-led, transformational practitioners, facilitators, and systems thinkers.
We bring together expertise from leadership, business transformation, AI, systems science, conscious, regenerative thinking, deep inner development, and nature.
We work with leaders and teams navigating real, often messy change - integrating rigour, soul, science, and vision. Because transformation is not a solo act. And the future is not built by one leader - it is shaped by a field.
My journey: From building what is next to asking what really matters
I have always been energised by complex challenges - especially the kind that ask us to learn fast, think differently, and reimagine how the world works. For over a decade, I have been building new digital business models, products, and ecosystems from concept to launch.
I led global teams, worked directly with C-level, and delivered transformation across fashion, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and mobility.
It was intense, fast, and fulfilling - until one day, it was not.
The big question, "Who am I? What am I here for?"
In 2016, everything changed.
On a single day: My mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and on the same day, the company I had helped build was sold - on top of that, the Brits voted for Brexit. What had once felt like forward motion suddenly felt hollow. The question arose - not just in my mind, but in my body: What truly matters now?
That question became my compass for going down the rabbit hole of inner and leadership development and combining it with high performing teams, strategy and systems thinking work. That journey brought me into a new way of working and a new way of being. A quieter strength. A deeper listening. A kind of leadership that does not come from effort - but from essence. And it is from this place that I now walk alongside other leaders.
Global by experience. Human by nature.
I have lived in the UK, Argentina, and Brazil. I have worked with teams and leaders across the U.S., South Africa, India, China, and Europe.
I coach in both English and German - always with deep respect for the cultural, systemic, and personal dimensions of leadership. Today’s world demands that we lead beyond borders - geographic, emotional, and structural.
That we learn to navigate both the world out there and the one within.
We do not just need smarter companies. We need wiser ones - guided by courageous, conscious leaders.

In my corporate and consulting life, I have been blessed to work with extraordinary people and companies that helped me continuously grow and stretch my comfort zone.
I am a passionate learner myself and therefore have immersed myself - and will do so in the future - in intensive coaching training and continuous integration and supervision with some of the best coaches in the conscious leadership space.
