Exemplary day
While we are keeping the detailed itinerary a bit of a mystery so that you can fully enjoy the moment, we can share some exemplary daily activities. Please know that you can always have time for yourself if you need a break.
If the weather permits, we will be outside most of the day and for the drives in an open safari vehicle. You will have about 3 hours per day for yourself and we suggest you try and be offline from work for the 7 days. Although, there will be wi-fi at the lodge and at restaurants in the camps.
You will receive a suggested packing list prior to the trip.

A variety of accommodations are available. All room types are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Kruger Camp | 3 nights
Single or double occupancy with ensuite bathroom.
Greater Kruger Lodge 4* | 4 nights
These rooms provide a comfortable queen or king size bed and your own ensuite bathroom. There are only 6 rooms available and if more participants require single accommodation, we will use a neighbouring lodge.
Private room ensuite | €4,599 (Early Bird for the first 3 spaces, afterwards €4,999)
Shared room ensuite | €3,999 (Early Bird for the first 3 spaces, afterwards €4,399)

We will be happy to issue a certificate of training for your employer or your personal tax return.
Arrival is on latest at 3pm and departure at 09:30am. Please note that flights are not included. Arrival airport is Hoedspruit, South Africa and departure Hoedspruit, South Africa. Flights from Europe usually go via Johannesburg. If you are looking to stay longer and add a few days in Cape Town or Kruger or elsewhere, I can put you in touch with a trusted travel agent.
