The Wilderness Leadership Experience

Experience what Regenerative Leadership really means for you and your work in the world.

18-27th November 2024, Kruger, SA

For 10 enriching days, discover the essence of Regenerative Leadership alongside other individuals who are on their path of reconnection and self-discovery.

Deep experiences, create deep questioning, leading to deep commitment. Be inspired, nourished, and align how you see the world, and your role in it. Reconnect with the Self that exists within you, and the greater ecological self. Reconnection requires listening, allowing yourself to pay attention to ecological processes that have existed for millennia.

Let nature be your guide.

Embark on a journey of transformation amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Kruger National Park, one of the oldest ecosystems on planet. From November 18th to 27th, 2024, seize the opportunity to immerse yourself in a Wilderness Leadership Immersion, delving into the captivating nature of the Kruger National Park.

We will learn directly from the nature around us: adaptability, resilience, cooperation, connectedness and more. This will fundamentally change your view of living systems and enable you to apply it to your personal evolution and that of your organisation.

RECONNECT. RETHINK. REGENERATE.

Here is why you should not miss this experience:

With a small group setting limited to just 8 guests, you'll enjoy an intimate atmosphere conducive to deep learning and connection. English will be the language of communication.

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

What to expect:

Embark on a journey through Kruger’s diverse biomes and abundant wildlife across three distinct locations. Immerse yourself in the heart of the bush as you sleep under the stars, delving into the intricacies of the living Kruger ecosystems. Prepare to reflect on your own leadership journey, evolving towards a more life-centric approach.

Each day of our immersion is meticulously crafted to harmonize with the local ecosystem, allowing ample space for exploration, inspiration, individual and group reflection, and communion with nature.

Regenerative leadership is something that is not just to be cognitively understood but also experienced and embodied – which is why we have chosen this specific format as it is the most effective learning environment. Upon completing this transformative experience, you will be equipped to start infusing regenerative practices into both your professional endeavors and personal life.

Our immersive experience will empower you to:

  • Comprehend the significance of regeneration in engaging with living systems, be that nature, organizations, communities.

  • Gain insight into living systems and essential regenerative principles applicable to leadership and business, drawing inspiration from nature.

  • Cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, unraveling mental models and tapping into your diverse intelligences to lead change: mind, emotions, intuition and body.

  • Master the art of holding tension for emergence, gracefully navigating the dynamic interplay between self and system, connection and autonomy.

  • Transition from a mindset of control and management to one of sensing and responding in leadership, fostering autonomy, development, performance, resilience and innovation.

  • Have nature as mentor. Whilst we are not intending to copy from nature, we see nature as a mentor for creating conditions conducive to life. With everything we experience, we will take a step back and see what this means in our lives and work with people and living systems.
