Changing your attitude, i.e. your thinking patterns and ways of making sense of the world and interaction with others takes time. Therefore, we work together ideally for at least 12 sessions and 3 months. Each session has a specific topic and there is enough space to discuss your individual challenges. After each session you will have concrete insights and actions to reflect on and implement. For more awareness, calmness and impact!
In order for the coaching to unfold its maximum effectiveness, I will ask you to do accompanying (moving) mediations and self-reflections, because only in this way you will continuously develop more awareness for yourself and others.
