What does life need to evolve?

You will know the famous Einstein quote that “a problem cannot be solved with the same thinking that go us there.”

It resonates so much with me in the current times.

To regenerate business, economy, and society, we will need to💡think differently.

We will need to ask new questions – or we will get the same old answers.

When I was still working in consulting, I was asking what the customer really needs - to inform the development of new, innovative business models.

Then, going into leadership coaching, I started asking what leaders, teams and organisations and ecosystems (not just the tech ones) need to grow and thrive.

Now, I am starting to go one step further working with communities and places,
asking what life needs to evolve 🌱 – including us human beings, and other living beings that are part of this world?

I admit it is a big question. Difficult to get our head around at first.

But it is questions like these that get us out of automatic thinking.

Questions that make us go deeper.

Questions that help us expand our perspective.

Questions that help us see through complexity.

And it is not just about questions, but also listening.

Listening for deeper motivations.

Listening for potential.

Listening for new answers.

This is important for me as a leadership coach and regenerative facilitator but also simply as a human being that is wishing to co-create new answers.

Because we are the ones we have been waiting for.

💡 So, where is it that you can ask a different question today and listen deeper - at home, at work, in your community?
